2009 has been a year to remind us of the important things in life.
Over the holidays we hope you. . .
Mend a quarrel. Seek out a forgotten Friend. Dismiss suspicion and replace it with trust. Write a love letter. Share some treasure. Give a soft answer. Encourage youth. Manifest your loyalty in word and deed. Keep a promise. Find the time. Forgo a grudge. Forgive an enemy. Listen. Apologize if you were wrong. Try to understand. Flout envy. Examine your demands on others. Think first of someone else. Appreciate. Be kind; be gentle. Laugh a little. Laugh a little more. Deserve confidence. Take up arms against malice. Decry complacency. Express your gratitude. Welcome a stranger. Gladden the heart of a child. Take pleasure in the beauty and wonder of the earth. Speak your love. Speak it again. Speak it still once again.
Best wishes to you and your family from all of us at

Good numbers for green construction! The US Green Building Council (USGBC) and Booze Allen Hamilton issued a report saying 7.9 million us green jobs will be boosting our economy over the next four (4) years.
Compared to 2000-2008′s numbers which saved/created 2.4 million jobs which generated $123 billion in wages. I hope USGBC succeeds in making ‘Green Building’ obsolete for a much better and cleaner tomorrow for future generations.

Aside from the tax advantages we reap as business owners in Nevada, a long train of additional benefits have surfaced recently and deemed the Silver State as one of the most preferable locations to operate a successful business. Cali residents are a bit jealous, I think. Many think it’s only going to get worse for Californians & frequent border crossing is in Reno’s immediate future. What does this do for the Commercial Real Estate Industry? Nothing but generate heaps of business. I feel proud to be a Nevadan working in the Commercial Real Estate Industry right now. As a former native of San Diego California, I’m glad I moved up here when I did, 7 years ago. Just in time to miss out on California’s Giant Debt Attack. Check out the article below!
