			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Hope is that things will get better soon and in my personal world this has already occurred. With the sale of a 7,500 sq. ft. office building, a 6,600 sq. ft. office/flex property, a 3,400 sq. ft. retail/office building, a 15,000 sq. ft. industrial lease and a 42,000 sq. ft. industrial lease in the recent months things have definitely improved in the world of Ron Boles. There have also been some lease renewals and residential sales (yes, I am working 7 days a week, and evenings now).</p>
<p>As the Buyer/Seller and Tenant/Landlord come together in their thinking in terms of the bid/ask pricing of commercial real estate we now have transactions occurring and thus a market, albeit a slow market, but nevertheless a market.</p>
<p>It is nice to have a market again, even if it is in a new low range. I am now working twice as hard for half as much, but that is better than working twice as hard for nothing… a scenario that has been all too common the past few years.</p>
<p> So The Hope is still that things will get better soon. However, it does appear that the worst is over and people are moving on with their lives.</p>
