For 15 years, Fred owned Fallon Sporting Goods where he mastered the arts of customer service, relationship building and problem solving, qualities which serve him well as Commercial Department Manager for Fennell & Associates.

Harvey Fennell is a Broker/Owner of Fennell & Associates and has been a realtor since 1987.  Mr. Fennell specializes in land and commercial real estate sales.  He is a member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors and has served on its Board of Directors.  He was honored as one of the fifty Golden Realtors by the Association and is the recipient of the Matt Gibbons Memorial Award.  Mr. Fennell is a former member of the Nevada Real Estate Commission, a state regulatory agency.  He has been very active in local, civic and charitable organizations.  He is the current President of the Reno-Tahoe Open Foundation, which sponsors a PGA TOUR event and a member of the Board of RENOWN South Meadows Hospital.  He is the past President of the Sierra Nevada Chapter of the American Red Cross and served as Treasurer of the Reno Performing Arts Center.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of Reno and a member of the Economic Development Authority of Northern Nevada. Mr. Fennell is a former Board Member of Home Federal Bank in Reno and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Specialty Trust.  Prior to 1987, Fennell was a partner in one of the world’s largest accounting firms, KPMG.  Mr. Fennell graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1970 and obtained his CPA certificate in 1972.  He is married to Nancy Fennell who is also a real estate broker and partner in Dickson Realty.  They have one son and reside in Reno.

Tom Young loves to see the future unfold. As a commercial real estate broker for the past 17 years, Tom works with the people who ensure the future of his community through their investment and development. Nothing gives him more pleasure than negotiating a deal between a buyer and a seller that satisfies both parties.

Tom has been involved in the Reno/Sparks business community since 1969, 20 of those years spent running a governmental affairs consulting business. His business, government and real estate experience have combined to make him a powerful resource for clients, particularly investors dealing with complicated 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. His community involvement has made him a trusted friend to many of those clients, as well.

Ever since attending the University of Nevada, Tom has lived in the Reno/Sparks area since 1968. He is a member of the downtown Reno Rotary Club, Western Industrial Nevada (W.I.N.) and the Reno/Sparks Board of Realtors where he has served on the Political Action Committee.

Ron Boles is a true real estate veteran, but he never rests on his experience. After 30 years in the industry, he is still committed to continually expanding his broker knowledge of real estate through ongoing education and training. Licensed in both California and Nevada, Ron has held the CCIM designation since 1998 and is a past president of the Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter.

A student of the Northern Nevada market since 1995, Ron is incredibly savvy about the local commercial market. He approaches each client with an open mind and open ears, taking the time to understand their specific needs. Once he knows their challenge, Ron is driven to find the right solution and makes himself available 24/7 to address any concerns or opportunities that arise.

Prior to joining Fennell & Associates, Todd was immersed in the Reno/Sparks real estate market as the Real Estate Manager for Clear Channel Outdoor from 2003 thru 2008. During this time Todd gained intimate understanding of a variety of property & zoning types and how to navigate through the local municipalities to maximize the highest and best use of all of them.Todd relocated to the Truckee Meadows in 2001, obtained his Broker/Salesman license and worked as a temp agent for several new homebuilders in the area. Todd’s real estate career began as an Asset Manager in the REO department of Countrywide Financial Corporation in Dallas, TX and later Simi Valley, CA.

Todd is a canidate member of the Northern Nevada CCIM chapter and is actively pursuing a CCIM designation. Todd is also a graduate of the University of North Texas, earning a BBA with a major in Real Estate.When not working hard to fulfill the real estate needs of his clients, Todd enjoys road & mountain biking, skiing, hiking and spending time with his wife and son.
