For 15 years, Fred owned Fallon Sporting Goods where he mastered the arts of customer service, relationship building and problem solving, qualities which serve him well as Commercial Department Manager for Fennell & Associates.

Harvey Fennell is a Broker/Owner of Fennell & Associates and has been a realtor since 1987.  Mr. Fennell specializes in land and commercial real estate sales.  He is a member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors and has served on its Board of Directors.  He was honored as one of the fifty Golden Realtors by the Association and is the recipient of the Matt Gibbons Memorial Award.  Mr. Fennell is a former member of the Nevada Real Estate Commission, a state regulatory agency.  He has been very active in local, civic and charitable organizations.  He is the current President of the Reno-Tahoe Open Foundation, which sponsors a PGA TOUR event and a member of the Board of RENOWN South Meadows Hospital.  He is the past President of the Sierra Nevada Chapter of the American Red Cross and served as Treasurer of the Reno Performing Arts Center.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of Reno and a member of the Economic Development Authority of Northern Nevada. Mr. Fennell is a former Board Member of Home Federal Bank in Reno and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Specialty Trust.  Prior to 1987, Fennell was a partner in one of the world’s largest accounting firms, KPMG.  Mr. Fennell graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1970 and obtained his CPA certificate in 1972.  He is married to Nancy Fennell who is also a real estate broker and partner in Dickson Realty.  They have one son and reside in Reno.

Ron Boles is a true real estate veteran, but he never rests on his experience. After 30 years in the industry, he is still committed to continually expanding his broker knowledge of real estate through ongoing education and training. Licensed in both California and Nevada, Ron has held the CCIM designation since 1998 and is a past president of the Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter.

A student of the Northern Nevada market since 1995, Ron is incredibly savvy about the local commercial market. He approaches each client with an open mind and open ears, taking the time to understand their specific needs. Once he knows their challenge, Ron is driven to find the right solution and makes himself available 24/7 to address any concerns or opportunities that arise.

Nevada native born in Reno, parents in education, father “Doc” Martie at the University and Mother at the High School. Attended Reno schools and the University of Nevada Reno, graduating with a degree in Business Administration – Finance. Further studies at the University included International relations and Education obtaining a secondary teaching certificate. Studies Marketing and public Relations at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

 After graduation from UNR worked in the geophysical and mining industries for several years. Then, while returning to UNR worked in the gaming industry. For the next thirty years worked in various management positions in the gaming industry both in Reno and Las Vegas in such properties as the Dunes, Landmark and Desert Inn, and the last few years in gaming as an analyst. While living in Las Vegas served for many years on the board of directors and chairman of the ARC Committee of the Lakes Section 7 home owners association comprising over 2700 homes. Upon retiring from the gaming industry, obtained a Real Estate license and moved from Las Vegas to Pahrump. Worked as a Realtor in Pahrump for five years specializing in land. Obtained a Business Broker’s permit and moved back home to Reno.

Sheila Colfer was born and raised in Reno and attended the University of Southern California completing a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in real estate. Sheila has worked in the commercial real estate field for twenty five years formerly with Commercial Property Services as a broker/partner. Sheila has handled a broad range of property transactions that include investment and land sales as well as leasing, management and development.

Dave Clark brings a varied background in construction, development, and real estate sales. He was the founder of Clark and Sullivan Constructors and served as Chairman and CEO of the company for over 25 years.  During many of those years he divided his efforts between company offices in Reno, Sacramento and Las Vegas. His most recent accomplishment was the rescue and turnaround of the Palladio Condominiums on the Truckee River in downtown Reno. He has presented seminars in construction company management, served as a court appointed receiver, and presented expert testimony for legal disputes. In his pursuits he has developed a far reaching network which enhances his ability to serve his Dickson clientle.

Governor Guinn appointed Dave to the Nevada State Contractors Board, on which he served six years.  He has also been on the board of Bank of the West, been Chairman of the UNR Foundation for two years, served on the UNLV Foundation Board, Sierra Arts Foundation, Nevada Museum of Art and was  an organizing member of EDAWN.

Dave’s many efforts on behalf of the construction industry and community has resulted in his being recognized with the AGC SIR award for leadership and service.  He was also presented with the Distinguished Nevadan award by the Regents of the University System.

Dave, and his wife Sue, continue their involvement with the community as a part of their daily lives.
